 Meet Heather & Sharon

Some sisters have a bond like no other. Whether you’re the responsible big sister or the wild child little sister, you know what you have is special.  “Sisters by birth, best friends by choice.” Somehow over the years we have morphed into one… we finish each other’s sentences, know what each other is thinking with just a glance of an eye and most of all mutual respect.

We have somehow branded ourselves in the business community as “the sisters”, “ the twins”, “fric and frac”, “double trouble”, ”joined at the hip, “ Lucy and Ethel”  to name a few.  On the rare occasion that we attend a meeting solo, the buyers are concerned about the health of the absent sister!

We are truly blessed to have each other in our lives and we have instilled our values upon our children and grandchildren. 

Always entrepreneurial, we started Bubbies Biscotti in 2002 as we wanted to follow our passion of baking and at the same time as keeping our grandmother’s legacy alive.  We started with our grandmothers cinnamon “mandel broit” recipe and evolved from one single flavour to a multitude of decadent flavours.
